Rebuilding the Deck

We've been working for a while at surgically deconstructing and rebuilding our deck.   Getting the stairway on our deck to work out was part of what caused things with our main contractor to break down.  So this has been a big deal for us to re-do, and re-do well.  

we first took down the old deck.  Painted all the structure, and rebuilt it with the joists 12" on center.  We've ordered Timber Tex decking and don't want the composite decking to sag in the summer.
