Ducts and soffits

We installed the downstairs bathroom and snack bar fan ducts and created the soffits around them.  

Condenser Service Outlet

The condenser service outlet is now installed.  It does not look like much, but took a lot of effort.  A lot of the other details associated with the condenser and air handler are closer to being done.

A Milestone

The condenser is now installed on a pad in its final resting place.

Sunset with plum blossoms

Spring is here.  Our plum trees are in bloom.  The quince trees have brilliant salmon colored blossoms.  And the days are getting longer and warmer.  A great day to enjoy the sunset from our porch.

Moving toward climate control

We installed a cutout and conduits in preparation of putting in our heat pump.

It may not look like much on the surface, but there was quite a bit of trenching, laying pipe and backfilling.  Good work!

More low voltage wiring.

Last weekend, we installed more smurf tube and pulled low voltage wires.
